Jenny Lam Low is a strategic philanthropy and community relations management executive. She has extensive experience in corporate philanthropic grant making, operational processes, and legal and regulatory compliance. As the chair of the Board of Directors of the Chinese-American Planning Council (CPC), Jenny leads a team of dedicated volunteer Board of Directors who oversee the governance and strategy of CPC and provide guidance to senior staff that manage the agency’s day to day operations.  Joining the CPC board over 27 years ago, Jenny served in a prior tenure as board chair, in addition to serving as vice chair and as chair of the Finance Committee. Jenny has been an avid volunteer for the Asian American community, engaged in a range of activities such as civic engagement and leadership development. She also serves on the Board of Eleanor Roosevelt Legacy Committee which trains and supports women running for elected office across New York State. She has garnered numerous awards in recognition of sharing her time and talent in strengthening communities. Jenny has a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and management sciences from Yale University.  A longtime resident of Lower Manhattan, she and her husband raised their son in the very communities she serves.
