Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

New York City’s booming population and economy must include quality affordable multi-family rental housing, particularly at below-market rents for families and individuals across income bands, to ensure the City’s continued success. This need is easier said than done. Join affordable housing developers, private and public financing institutions to learn what insights, best practices, and tools are available for real estate developers interested in learning how to integrate affordable housing into their portfolios. This session is targeted for local private and nonprofit developers, but all are welcome to join the conversation.
